This recipe was inspired by a friend of mine who was looking for something easy to make, something with the same texture and taste, that was simple to make and yet satisfying for the family.
The best thing about these recipes is that you can eat them and enjoy them as many times as you want.
My family has always loved this breakfast, so when I made this breakfast I knew it would be one to try for a while.
The ingredients:1 cup of brown rice 2 cups of white rice 1 cup of sweet potatoes 1/2 cup of fresh mint 1 cup and 2 tablespoons of honey (optional) Toppings: sour cream, bacon, bacon fat, fresh parsley, walnuts, almonds, pecans and sunflower seeds1.
Prepare the rice according to the package directions.
I used the following directions:1.
Preheat the oven to 350°F.
Whisk together the brown rice, white rice, sweet potatoes, and honey until they form a soft ball.3.
Add the mint and then the cinnamon and brown rice mixture and stir to combine.4.
Add all of the other ingredients except the bacon and walnuts.5.
Heat a large skillet over medium heat.
Add butter, honey and bacon fat.
Cook until the butter is melted and the bacon is crispy, about 4 minutes.6.
Pour in the brown and white rice mixture.7.
Add in the sweet potatoes and cook until the potatoes are tender and the sweet potato is golden brown.8.
Add more honey or bacon fat if you prefer.9.
Add peas and season with salt and pepper.10.
Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown and bubbly.

The bacon was nice and crispy.
I also added the peas and I was so pleased with the taste of this.
I would definitely be making this again and again.”
